HVAC Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to assist with the installation and repair of HVAC systems in portable buildings. The ideal candidate will utilize hand and power tools and must be proficient with a tape measure. Responsibilities Perform repairs and refurbishment of modular buildings and containers. Conduct framing and finish carpentry tasks. Handle electrical, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and running gear repairs. Build modular trailers, measure and cut baseboards, and tear out carpets. Clean floors using a polisher and install doors. Work with AC units and ensure quality maintenance. Essential Skills Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently. Must know how to read a measuring tape. Additional Skills & Qualifications Construction and maintenance experience. Skilled in construction. Work Environment The role involves physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, stretching, and lifting items up to 60 pounds.
