Summary:
The main function of a non-IT Program Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, or other non-IT based projects. This role requires the ability to manage and safeguard confidential and sensitive information, as well as triage and respond to employee communications in a timely and professional manner. The Program Manager must also be capable of setting up and working within an Azure DevOps (ADO) environment for project tracking, collaboration, and management.

Purpose of the Team: The team is tasked with developing and managing a new process for monitoring and triaging employee grievance submissions, supporting a senior leadership initiative.
Key Projects: The main project is to establish an intake and triage process for employee grievances, including developing the workflow in Azure DevOps. There is potential for the contractor to support additional projects if available.

Develop and document the intake process for grievances.
Manage and triage incoming communications, determining appropriate routing and, when needed, responding using provided templates.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, especially in the early months when workload is expected to be heavier.
