They are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to oversee and manage our site work operations, with a focus on horizontal construction for residential developments, commercial projects, and multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of site work and utility projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Oversee project execution from planning through completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Oversee horizontal construction for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in site work and utilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale site work projects.
• Extensive experience in horizontal construction for residential developments, commercial, and multifamily projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
