Preconstruction Manager – Residential & Multifamily

We're looking for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to lead budgeting, estimating, and planning for residential and multifamily construction projects. This role is critical to setting up successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project budgets and estimates

• Review plans, specs, and scope for accuracy and value engineering

• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors

• Prepare preconstruction schedules and presentations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in preconstruction or estimating (residential/multifamily)

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
