• Repairs : Fix broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly.
• Installation : Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed, including lighting, doors, and windows.
• Cleaning and Upkeep : Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, including performing light cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Problem-Solving : Identify issues and troubleshoot problems effectively, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Documentation : Keep records of maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.

• Technical Skills : Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
• Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
• Experience : Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role is often preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered.
