Hiring 2 Skilled Workers For Residential Construction, Needs 1 Roofer

General Contractor seeking Two. One hard-working Carpenter and One hard-working Roofer, to assist with Re-building existing porches, and working together. The Carpentry and Roofing are only two phases of each project we are doing.
The remaining phases, we all are required to do General Labor : Demolition, Roof Shoring, New Hardware, Prepping Existing Wood, Prime Paint and Patching, Masking and Finish Painting, Mortar Packing, Stock Roof Tiles and Lumber, Clean-Up, Punch List, Haul-Off Equipment to the next customer and set-up. (residential porches are minimal 10' high with a minimal 2.5 /12 pitch)

Minimal requirements to include;
1. Must be able to anticipate what the next step is without asking what to do next.
2. Roofer to layout and install new flashings, underlayment, and mortared roof tile. With other helper.
3. Carpenter to layout and install new RS wood posts, beams, seat-cut corbeled rafters, and decking. With other helper.
4. Positive Attitude and Reliability (shows up everyday!).
5. Must have Ambition and like Working Outdoors.
6. Workers need to be in good Physical Condition, have good eye-hand coordination, a sense of balance, and manual dexterity.
7. Have Stamina, as in many other construction trades this work is physically demanding, we're outdoors, we're on roofs, we're in the
hot Summer!
8. Must be able to lift and move some weight.
9. Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day, Monday thru Friday, and if needed, Saturdays.
10. Need Vehicle and Drivers License.
11. Must be Presentable. We are working for residential customers at their homes.
