Press Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator who is open to working all shifts. The role involves operating press machines, primarily stamping presses, setting up the machines, stamping metal aerospace parts according to customer specifications, and performing quality checks on finished parts. The position also requires troubleshooting any machine issues and operating overhead cranes to move raw metal.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate press machines and perform machine setups.
+ Stamp metal aerospace parts according to specifications.
+ Conduct quality checks on finished stamped parts.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues.
+ Operate overhead cranes to transport raw metal.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in operating Heavy Industrial Machinery such as Stamping and Punch Presses.
+ At least 2 years of experience in Heavy Industrial Machine Operating.
+ Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Willingness to work all shifts and overtime.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with metal stamping and finishing.
+ Familiarity with steel manufacturing and plant operations.
+ Understanding of forging and heat treatment processes.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a heavy industrial manufacturing setting, inspecting finished forged metals for the aerospace industry. Conditions may be hot in summer and cold in winter, with metals weighing between 20 - 350 lbs, moved using cranes or automated robots. Inspectors will have assigned work stations but will move around for various quality testing tasks. The facility operates on a 12 on 2 off schedule with shifts available from 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00 - 11:00pm, and 11:00 - 7:00am.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
Supplementary pay plan in addition to salary OT is paid in blocks of 2 hours ($125), 4 hours ($250), 8 hours ($500)
Will be paid $250/month for working 3rd (shift differential)
Medical starts day one
401k competitive = matches 100% of earnings up to 6% add another 3% - total 9% match
Vest from day 1
Tuition assistance
Will send these employees to different schooling programs
