HVAC Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician; flexible for candidates with 2-3 years of solid commercial experience CFC Certification required (or equivalent EPA certification) Strong experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers in commercial settings Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, RTUs, ERUs, and WSHPs Install and replace pumps, pneumatic/electric valves, and more Knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy management software Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with outside contractors Supervise and train HVAC helpers; complete all necessary paperwork timely and accurately Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
