Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Project Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Florida) 6+ years of experience in mechanical and/or plumbing systems design within MEP consulting or construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; Bluebeam or Procore experience is a plus Strong understanding of MEP systems for schools, municipal buildings, healthcare, and commercial facilities Capable of both hands-on design and managing projects from conception through construction Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development Must be local to Sarasota or able to travel to the Sarasota office at least 4 times per month if remote Salary: $85,000 - $142,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
