Land Development Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Land Development Manager in Fort Myers, FL to work with a large commercial developer to help guide real estate projects from site feasibility through design, permitting, and bidding.
Duties:
-Manage projects from site feasibility to permit approvals and pre-construction.
-Lead and coordinate consultants (civil engineers, architects, surveyors, etc.).
-Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
-Review leases and purchase agreements for site requirements.
-Oversee entitlement processes and maintain agency relationships.
-Review site plans and construction documents for accuracy and value engineering.
-Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment.
-Identify risks and proactively solve issues impacting costs, timelines, or approvals.
-Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
Compensation:
-Annual salary up to $125,000
-401(k) w/ match
-M/V/D insurance
-PTO
Qualifications:
-4+ years of commercial land development, entitlements, and permitting experience.
-Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
-Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills.
-Familiarity with leases, PSAs, and permitting processes.
-Skilled in reviewing architectural and civil plans.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
