Construction General Laborer

About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the construction industry. Youll play a key role in supporting our crew by preparing job sites, handling materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Load, unload, and organize tools and materials to ensure efficient workflow

+ Prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials

+ Support the crew throughout all phases of the build to maintain productivity

+ Assist with various trades including plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more

+ Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

**Qualifications**

+ No formal education required

+ Entry-level no prior construction experience necessary

+ Mechanically inclined and eager to learn

+ Janitorial or general labor experience is a plus

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
