General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our team to help restore buildings from water and fire damage. Your day will start at the shop, where you will travel to various job sites to clean up and restore affected areas. This role involves setting up equipment for water removal and dry out processes, as well as removing and cleaning furniture, office supplies, or equipment from damaged buildings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Travel to job sites daily to perform restoration work.
+ Set up equipment for water removal and dry out processes.
+ Remove and clean furniture, office supplies, or equipment from buildings.
+ Assist in restoring buildings affected by water and fire damage.
+ Perform general labor tasks as needed in construction and carpentry.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor and construction.
+ Skills in carpentry and remediation construction.
+ Ability to perform demolition and remediation tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
+ Comfortable with exposure to various physical demands such as standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing.
+ Ability to work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces, such as crawl spaces under buildings.
+ Capability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
