PDS Tech Commercial is seeking experienced **Pipefitters** to support our client a leading industrial mechanical contractor on major projects across the Baltimore Metro area. From food-grade manufacturing to power plants and chemical facilities, youll play a critical role in building and maintaining the piping systems that keep these operations running.

This isnt entry-level. This is high-impact work for true professionals who can think on their feet, work independently, and deliver field-ready solutions with accuracy and pride.

**What Youll Do**

+ Assemble and install industrial piping systems from **" to 12"** in diameter

+ Work with multiple piping types and connections: **butt weld, socket weld, threaded, flanged, and Victaulic**

+ Read and interpret **plan view, elevation drawings, and P&IDs** to ensure accurate pipe routing

+ Generate **isometric drawings and cut lists** from field measurements for fabrication and field install

+ Route pipe through active, live industrial facilities safety, awareness, and precision are key

+ Work with carbon and stainless steel in clean (food-grade) and heavy industrial environments

+ Collaborate with welding, fabrication, and rigging teams to meet project goals

+ Occasionally work night shifts or extended hours based on project needs

**What You Bring**

**Required:**

+ 25 years of industrial pipefitting experience

+ Familiarity with **ASME codes and standards**

+ Proficient understanding of **SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding processes**

+ Proven ability to work independently from drawings and field measurements

+ Must score **80% or higher** on pipefitter qualification test

+ Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

+ Willing to travel locally across the BaltimoreDC corridor

**Preferred:**

+ Experience working in food-grade, chemical, or recycling facilities

+ Versatility to assist outside your core trade when needed

+ Strong communication and coordination skills

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
