Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
The Project Manager works under the general supervision of the TCS Manager to drive the CAISO NRI Bucket Process and support Project Delivery teams with coordination of a large portfolio of projects. They work in collaboration with the TCS team of professionals with expert knowledge in the CAISO and RIMS process to coordinate with our customers, CAISO, contractors, regulators, and internally with our engineering, and business development teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent CAISO NRI projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedules
Work with owners, regulators, design teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to achieve project goals
Create change orders for additional or out-of-scope work
Host project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate with clients and internal management regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutions
Support business development activities such as providing pricing estimates and documenting project scope
Update NetSuite schedules and Tasks for NRI projects
Update CAISO RIMS application as requested
Develop project plans
Prepare, follow, update schedules
Track and report on document and deliverables
Track costs using work orders and updating milestones
Gathering technical project information for various internal teams i.e. Design, equipment configuration and meter certification.
Efficiently schedule meter inspectors and field technicians
Collaborate with finance for invoicing and oversee fiscal goals for projects
70% of time is related to projects and 30% of time is related to internal processes & follow up

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Utility Scale Project Management experience
2+ years increasing responsibility in Project Management
ISO understanding and experience Understanding of CAISO Business Process Manual and the RIMS process
Familiarity with PJM, MISO, ERCOT, NYISO, SPP, ISO-NE, or other regulatory/compliance entities
CAPM or PMP certification
Experience using NetSuite ERP null
