Records Project Supervisor , 30 $/ hour, 12 months project , casual role no benefits

M to F : on site from 8 am till 5 pm in Lebanon , New Jersey

We are looking for a Records Projects Supervisor to guide a team of Records & Project coordinators in executing strategic records management, compliance, and project initiatives.

In this role, you'll provide essential oversight and support, ensuring operational consistency, adherence to governance standards, and successful project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical records projects.

  • Ensure strict compliance with records retention schedules, data governance frameworks, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks or resource constraints and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and operational workflows for comprehensive records and information management.

  • Provide regular status reporting, insightful metrics, and performance insights to upper management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in records management, operations, or project leadership.

  • A strong understanding of records governance, compliance standards, and project management methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be willing to work on site daily
