Location: Tampa, FL

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Duration: 14-16 months

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Plumbing Foreman for a large commercial project in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee crews, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality installations on a long-term jobsite.

Work Scope Includes:

• Overseeing daily work of multiple plumbing crews

• Coordinating and planning rough-ins, layouts, and fixture installations

• Working with PVC, copper, and other piping materials

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

• Ensuring work is completed according to schedule and local codes

• Troubleshooting and solving field issues as they arise

• Maintaining a safe, organized jobsite and enforcing safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with foreman experience overseeing crews

• Skilled in all phases of commercial plumbing, including rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installs

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
