JOB 2: Need professionally installed JOB: bring CMU two end CMU columns up to dimensions (about 4" block) Grout the GLB5A in place making sure it lines up with the other GLB5A through the CCO5 bracket Height, angle must be accurate within 1/16th of an inch and be plumb. ANOTHER JOB: Glulam beams (2, same length) to be ordered and installed AFTER the entire top wall has been grouted and cured (30.5 yards of concrete grout + pumper boom truck) 1. GLB5A Simpson Bracket in CMU Columns in two locations 2. CCO5 Simpson Bracket welded to TOP of Precast column 3. CMU columns (2) need approx 4" blocks cemented it to make sure top of building down 21" IS EXACT per plans 4. GLB5A's are also DRY PACK per plans - if you don't know how to dry pack , don't respond It is critical that the GLB5As line up with each other GLB Dimensions are 5 1/2 " wide, by 21 inches high and MUST be flush with the top of existing CMU Building is 18 feet high and for this area Scaffolding is available - but must be moved to the locations needed.
