North America Service Contract Coordinator Job Description Job Summary: As the NASC Service Contract Coordinator, you will manage the effective and seamless transition of Automation Solutions from the Installation Team to the Service Support Team. Your role involves entering and maintaining Service Support Contracts and Warranty information for newly installed sites and renewals at currently active sites. You will coordinate cross-department activities daily to ensure successful project handovers. Essential Functions: Coordinate and process the systemic setup and support of Service Contracts involving Remote and Site-Based Service Teams. Present and communicate current site progress consistently from the highest level of leadership to service team members. Perform Contract Maintenance, including business unit start and end dates, equipment/service scope changes, and site master data issues. Monitor Site and Contract Data for accuracy using the Oracle-based JD Edwards System and the IBM DOS Maximo System. Create and manage processes to effectively track all deliverables and KPIs necessary to support multiple customer sites. Preferred Experience: Experience in material handling systems or industrial controls systems (desirable). Experience in Industrial Contract Management (desired). Contract-to-Close Experience. Good attention to detail with the ability to summarize information accurately. Good knowledge of ITSM processes. Understanding of IT technologies hosting applications, databases, application servers, web servers, client installations (desirable). Experience working in an ITIL or equivalent environment. Strong team mentality and acceptance of responsibility for project completion. Self-motivated with proven problem-solving skills under stressful conditions. Excellent administrative skills. Utilize various Lean Six Sigma & SCRUM techniques to create and implement processes. Ability to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines on mission-critical systems. Excellent analytical skills; able to think out-of-the-box to resolve issues quickly. Clear communicator, able to communicate at all levels, and be concise to stakeholders and management. Strong customer focus. Good attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard. Good planning and scheduling skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
