Welder Lv. 1 Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$22.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:15pm)

Tasked with the precise fitting and expert welding of a variety of structural weldments that are not under pressure. This role involves working with different materials to ensure strong, durable connections while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Welder Lv. 1 Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proficient in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques (based on company needs)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds

Familiarity with welding tools, safety protocols, and inspection procedures

Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environments

High school diploma or GED required; Trade School preferred but not required.

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus, but not required

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior welders or supervisors

Applicant may be subject to a background check
