A well-established, family-owned, mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience. Continuously engaged in mechanical construction and service. Specializing in power plants, hi-rise residential buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings, correctional facilities, tenant work, sewage treatment plants, chemical and pharmaceutical institutions, industrial buildings, and renovation projects

About the Position:

Hiring for a construction Project Administrator responsible for managing all project documentation (RFI's, Submittals, etc.), compiling, issuing, and tracking project subcontractors and purchase orders and assisting in the coordinator of suppliers and trades with the project team. Working with other project team support staff to create project schedules, prepare correspondence, track documents, follow-up with subcontractors and reliably report on project status to management.

This is an in-office position, not remote or hybrid, and must report to the office facility in Staten Island M-F.

Requirements:

A degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a similar discipline is preferred but not required.

Prior experience as an Administrator, Coordinator, Bookkeeper or Assistant within a commercial construction company is required.
