- Read and interpret CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and proper fit.
- Utilize MS Project and ERP systems to advance projects through different phases.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, managing invite lists, securing training rooms, and documenting and distributing meeting notes.
- Assist the Project Manager in procurement activities, including requisitioning and invoice management to suppliers, developing change orders for clients, and tracking procurement/ESM.
- Communicate data effectively to the Project Manager.
- Maintain a change log and file supporting documentation such as emails and meeting notes.
- Develop or utilize existing custom reporting as required for each project.
- Assist in resolving financial, scheduling, and regulatory issues.
- Proficiency in project coordination and document control.
- Experience with ERP software and change order management.
- Experience in engineering and project management.
- Bachelors degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience with MS Project and/or ERP systems.
- At least 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with CAD systems.
- 2+ years of project support experience in areas such as cost controls, purchasing, and supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information into a coherent and meaningful format while managing multiple projects.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience with MS Project.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with cost management/change management.
The role requires flexibility to work in various environments, including office settings, manufacturing, and construction sites. Travel is expected to be 15% or less.
