WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Branch Manager , you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations—from financial performance to personnel management and logistics. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead branch operations with a focus on safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Develop and communicate clear goals and expectations to all team members
Hire, train, coach, and manage performance for branch staff
Monitor and manage branch financials, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, DOT, and Hazmat regulations
Oversee inventory control, layout optimization, and fleet management
Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and other Branch Managers to drive company-wide efficiencies
Maintain detailed, documented procedures for all branch workflows
You thrive in a leadership role, enjoy building strong teams, and excel at running efficient, customer-focused operations.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
The ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid reasoning skills and math aptitude
A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
Industry experience or product knowledge (preferred)
A college degree or 3+ years of related experience (preferred)
