Seeking Part-Time Contract HVAC Technicians.

At Public Property Management, we are a property management company located in the Greater Richmond area specializing in single family homes and duplexes. We are looking for consistent help with HVAC service calls and installations. We offer flexible hours and with over 135 rentals and growing, we have regular work available.

We are looking for someone to start immediately and work alongside our Maintenance manager to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with our current systems and help us to install new systems in the homes that need them.
