Composite Fabricator
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Wage: Morning: $19.00/hour Night shift Premium + $1.5/hour - $21.5/hour
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Composite Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in Saskatoon. This role is hands-on and involves working across the full production process for composite parts, including materials like carbon fiber and fiberglass. You'll contribute to the creation of high-quality products used in specialized applications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Accurately complete and audit production documentation
Assist with composite fabrication: material prep, mold prep, layup, vacuum infusion, bonding, demolding, trimming, paint prep, crating
Measure, mix, and dispense chemicals safely and accurately
Operate tools for cutting, trimming, and sanding cured laminates
Support paint and quality control inspections as needed
Participate in research and development for new materials and processes
Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, pallet stackers, and power tools
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
(Advanced Roles): Act as project lead, guide team members, perform quality checks, and help implement process improvements
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Previous experience in composite fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an asset
Leadership experience is a plus for advanced roles
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing setting
Standing for extended periods and using tools
Use of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Day and evening shifts available
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE
Participate in safety training and report unsafe conditions
Contribute to a respectful and harassment-free workplace.
