Multi-skilled Carpenters Ace Handyman Services - North Oakland County needs your expertise! Do you have 5 years' or more of work as a Handyman, Property Maintenance tech, or Tradesman? We are one of Michigan's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. You will work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in northern Oakland County. Job Requirements We are looking for Tradesmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of most common tradesfrom Carpentry, Tiling, Painting and Drywalling, to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Successful prior track record in a customer-facing trades role
• Ability to repair or replace electrical and plumbing fixtures
• Patch or hang and finish drywall; paint & stain
• Interior carpentry - install, repair or replace doors and windows, trim, molding, cabinets, flooring (incl. LVP & linoleum)
• Exterior carpentry - repair decks, fences, soffits & fascia, siding and gutters
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van capable of transporting all needed tools, equipment (including extension ladders) and materials
• Current and valid drivers license
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check
