We are a family and locally owned and operated company in Rogers, MN. We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all their repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects both large and small inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades.

We are looking for Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all tradesfrom Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must have excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of customers as well as all coworkers and ownership. We are team players!

Job Requirements

Successful prior track record as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Craftsman. Bring some pictures of your work! Own a standard set of tools to perform all the above trades Own a truck or van in good condition Have a current and valid drivers license Residence within 25 miles of the city of Rogers, MN Have excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Punctual and uncompromising work ethic Estimation experience strongly preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Here is just some of what we have to offer:
