**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **P6 Scheduler** to support our electric distribution projects within our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) division. This role is critical in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within scope by developing and maintaining robust project schedules using **Primavera P6** .

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules in **Primavera P6** for electric distribution projects (overhead, underground, substations, etc.).

+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.

+ Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and schedule forecasting.

+ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, variance reports, and recovery plans.

+ Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays.

+ Ensure compliance with ENTRUST and client-specific scheduling standards and reporting requirements.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Controls team.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the utility or EPC industry.

+ Proficiency in **Primavera P6** is required.

+ Strong understanding of electric distribution systems and construction workflows.

+ Experience with earned value management (EVM), resource planning, and schedule risk analysis is a plus.

+ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Certifications:**

+ PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification.

+ Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Power BI, or schedule analytics platforms.

The base salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $85,000 annually. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
