Job Summary:

If you’re a passionate Architectural Designer looking to join a growing firm, there is an incredible opportunity that awaits you. An exciting and innovative commercial and residential Architecture and Design Firm is looking for a top-notch Architect to join their growing team!

The Architectural Designer will be tasked with day-to-day delivery of architectural designs, construction documentation, administrative tasks, and other routine maintenance duties to keep projects moving along on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• The Architectural Designer will be responsible for project deliverables during all phases of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Assist project managers with the day-to-day coordination of various projects.
• Produce high quality and accurate construction documents within the allotted time and budget.
• Design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Maintain excellent relationships at all levels, internally and externally, with production staff, ownership, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Desired Qualifications:

• B.S or M.S degree in Architecture.
• Architecture license preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of working experience with schematic design through construction administration phases.
• Strong foundational knowledge of construction documentation.
• Experience interacting with outside consulting engineers, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors in a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Revit is required!
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential.
