Laborer

Role and Responsibilities

Determines work assignments and material or equipment needs based on written work orders or oral instructions.

Transports freight, stock, and other materials by hand or by the use of trucks to and from various locations.

Sorts material before loading or unloading.

Loads and unloads material using appropriate tools.

Operates equipment as needed

Transports tools and supplies to work area and returns them after use

Organizes shop, parts and residual material

Snow removal and yard maintenance as needed

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Carry and maintain a valid Drivers License

Required Skills

Ability to follow directions.

Ability to handle materials and equipment in a responsible manner

Auto Mechanic skills a plus

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the entire body. This will include climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, carrying, and stooping.

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
