Key Responsibilities:

+ Working knowledge of the maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, and equipment;

+ Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with repair jobs

+ Ability to make a variety of simple repairs and adjustments to buildings and equipment;

+ Possess physical endurance and be in good physical condition with the ability to lift medium weights, operate lifts, use scaffolding, and climb ladders;

+ Willingness to perform routine manual work;

+ Willingness to work under all weather conditions;

+ Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with larger repair jobs;

+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dependability, and thoroughness; and a demonstrated ability to work well with others;

+ Strong organizational skills;

+ Capable of following oral and written instructions; and

+ Other duties as assigned.
