Senior Project Manager (Data Centers)

Lead and manage data center projects from start to finish.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

Oversee construction activities and logistics.

Ensure project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.

Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Collaborate on developing project programs and budgets.

Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders.

Lead and manage project teams, including various specialists.

Provide leadership and support to the team.

Manage project budgets and control costs.

Oversee procurement, including writing scopes and evaluating proposals.

Review and approve invoices and change orders.

Negotiate contracts.

Develop and maintain project schedules.

Identify potential delays and propose solutions.

Implement quality control and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Enforce safety protocols.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Address project challenges with proactive solutions.

Possess knowledge of data center construction and building systems.

Oversee project commissioning.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on data center or other related Mission Critical facility projects.

Experience in managing $100M+ projects.

Experience managing full project lifecycles and leading teams.

Experience in urban environments with difficult logistics and fast-track schedules.

Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards including fire protection regulations.

Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. null
