Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Manage construction projects, including scheduling
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Perform minimal trade tasks
• Conduct inspections for quality control

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction at least one trade
• Be diligent and prompt
• Ability to manage people
• Professional conduct
• Experience with quality control and inspections

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in construction projects
• OSHA certification
• Experience with basic tools 

Salary and Benefits:
