2nd Shift Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The Production Supervisor will oversee all production activities during the shift, managing a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and supervise production activities during the shift.
+ Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain high standards of quality.
+ Lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers.
+ Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to prevent delays.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in HVAC production and sheet metal.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Safety awareness.
+ Experience in production management and supervision.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a production environment, preferably within HVAC manufacturing or sheet metal.
