Based in Mariposa, CA, we’re a premier fence contractor serving commercial, government, and industrial clients with specialized solutions in security, perimeter, agricultural, and custom fencing. Established in 2005, Ranch Fence is built on a foundation of safety, compliance, environmental responsibility, and quality craftsmanship. As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in coordinating crews, managing timelines, and ensuring project success from start to finish. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee fencing projects from start to finish
• Supervise and train fencing crew members
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all projects
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years as a foreman in fencing or construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of fencing materials and tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Operate skid steer
• Fence post siteing and setting concrete height

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with welding and metal fabrication
• Certifications in fencing or construction
• Experience with heavy machinery operation
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
