Job Description This position serves as the owner's on-site construction management representative for a significant $25M retrofit within an operational distribution center. The role primarily supports a Senior Construction Manager, who may manage multiple sites across the region and may only be available for limited site visits. The position ensures consistent project management through the delegated management of the General Contractor and coordination with stakeholders and site operations. Responsibilities
- Support a Senior Construction Manager managing multiple regional sites with limited site presence.
- Provide consistent management of the General Contractor and coordinate daily with stakeholders and site operations.
- Coordinate and complete the project/program, overseeing all aspects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project/program progress.
- Prepare reports for upper management on the status of the project/program.

- Construction project management (2-4 years)
- Written and oral communication (2-4 years)
- Stakeholder management
- Tilt-up large scale construction experience
- Bachelor's degree may be required
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or related area
- Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks
- Lead and direct the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
