Civil EIT

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil EIT to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of detailed site and grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and stormwater management design. You will also work on water and wastewater design, roadway and parking design, and construction detailing and specifications. Additionally, you will prepare inventory assessments, analyses, reports, and professional services proposals, manage projects and clients, and develop technical approaches to projects. Participation in public presentations and speaking engagements is also part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed site and grading plans and erosion and sediment control plans.
  • Design stormwater management systems and manage water and wastewater design.
  • Create roadway and parking design and develop construction detailing and specifications.
  • Prepare inventory assessments, analyses, and reports.
  • Develop professional services proposals.
  • Manage projects and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop technical approaches to projects and participate in public presentations and speaking engagements.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering concepts and practices.
  • Experience with Civil Site Design and Land Development.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Hold an EIT certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience or a strong internship (2 semesters).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in project management and client relations.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
