Job Description This position is for a Capital Projects Electrical Engineer to support nuclear plants. Engineers in this role provide technical interface with engineering firms on project developments and prepare and review engineering documents using the applicable industry and regulatory standards. Candidates should be knowledgeable with respect to the applicable industry and nuclear standards, the industry standard design process, and 10CFR50.59. Responsibilities
- Provide technical interface with engineering firms on project developments.
- Prepare and review engineering documents using applicable industry and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear standards and industry standard design processes.
- Engage with 10CFR50.59 regulations in design and development activities.
- Nuclear Electrical Design experience.
- Familiarity with 10CFR50.59.
- Proficiency in Power System analysis.
- Experience with ETAP, Edison, analysis, digital, analog, and ladder logic systems.
- Experience with NSCA/safe shutdown analysis and power systems analysis.
- Prior experience as a cognizant engineer or in engineering project management is preferred.
