Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and direct project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $5M or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
