Currently, they are seeking to expand their team by hiring a Construction Project Manager.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:
Experience working with a small general contracting company.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
PMP certification or equivalent.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
