Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer, PE position include: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with both residential and commercial project exposure. Proficient in RISA-3D or equivalent structural analysis software, along with AutoCAD and Revit. Ability to lead projects from concept design through construction documentation with minimal supervision. Skilled in light- to mid-level commercial projects, including 2-3 story buildings. Strong design and planning capabilities; experience with Intercalc is a plus. Opportunity to manage coordination, project planning, and client interaction if desired. Local site visits in Central Florida; minimal travel required. Potential to grow into a leadership role and help develop the commercial department. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
