Contract Manager

Job Description:
The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. This role ensures that all contractual agreements comply with legal standards, mitigate risk, and support the companys strategic and financial goals.
