Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate within standard operating and safety procedures Liaise and communicate well with other departments in finishing projects in a timely manner and quality fashion Achieve the creation of high-quality Versa gear that represents the company well in the global staging market Review, approve, and utilize Technical Design documents in the construction of staging and equipment Complete all assigned crew training modules Final assembly, testing, and packaging of custom fabrication projects Work within project timelines and budgets, update fabrication supervisor and project manager on project status, coordinate information between departments to keep projects on track Maintain and create relevant project documentation Maintain relationships with clients and vendors Order and receive project hardware and components from vendors Help maintain a safe and clean working environment Assist other project managers as needed in assembly, testing, and clean up Qualification Requirements: 2 to 4 Years in Project, Production, or Fabrication management. Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in related field with related experience will also be considered Background in fabrication and knowledge of machining, welding, and carpentry a plus Knowledge or experience with touring, staging, rigging, production set-up a plus Computer literacy and familiarity with budget management, planning, and Gannt Chart software Excellent communication skills and ability to function within strict timelines and set budgets a must Reliable transportation Clean and neat appearance Ability to work weekends and overtime (may be required during busy cycles) English speaking preferred, bilingual a plus Punctuality and regular attendance are required Physical Demands and Abilities: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
