Carpentry Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled foreman carpenter to join our team in a management role that involves working alongside crew members in the field. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience as a lead carpenter, field supervisor, or superintendent in commercial construction. This role includes overseeing carpentry tasks, managing subcontractors, and acting as the field point of contact for the office. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
+ Assist with framing, concrete work, site preparation, and finishing tasks as needed.
+ Direct and support construction teams, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues on-site.
+ Coordinate deliveries, inspect materials, and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
+ Conduct site inspections to maintain high construction standards and compliance with regulations.
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect workers and maintain a secure job site.
+ Address unexpected challenges, adjust workflows, and ensure efficient project execution.

+ Construction and carpentry expertise.
+ Experience in commercial construction and crew management.
+ Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractors.
+ Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.

The work environment includes various commercial projects such as office buildings, fast food restaurants, gas stations, and commercial upfits. **Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
