The Excellerate Process Development Manager will be instrumental in creating a metrics driven, Continuous Improvement culture based on Lean Principles. The position will design, develop, lead, facilitate, monitor and report on CI initiatives. The role will focus on standardizing CI activities across all facilities and act as a mentor for creating future CI leaders within the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or business related field

Experience: 8 years of related industry experience or any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management

Travel: 10-25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create process documentation roadmap to identify gaps in current process standards and documentation.
  • Develop process standards and documentation that is in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Develop and execute an effective audit plan to ensure site compliance to documented standards.
  • Ensure all facilities have Process Development owners that will assist in auditing and ensuring compliance with developed standards.
  • Initiate Corrective and Preventative Actions in pursuit of continuous improvement activities or to address non-conformance.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager and site CI Leads to identify general process improvement opportunities and utilize lean tools to implement solutions
  • Support Excellerate Continuous Improvement activities through facilitation of Process Flow and Process Mapping activities and act as a mentor to train others to lead in the future.
  • Schedule and conduct regular Management Review sessions, responsible for collecting all inputs and outputs.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
