Requirements : The successful applicant will be responsible for reading and analyzing documentation and drawings to prepare accurate estimates for labor, time, cost, and material. Will also consult with vendors, clients and construction foremen in order to formulate competitive bids. The Cost Estimator is a Sales Team Leader and coordinates when preparing the estimates for bids. During the process, may consult with the clients, engineers, architects and others for the preparation of such bids. The ideal candidate will have the capacity for working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking, prioritizing and attention to detail are required.
