Location: Houston, TX

What You'll Do:

Design HVAC and Plumbing/Piping systems from concept through construction.

Perform field surveys and site visits to assess conditions and confirm scopes.

Develop thermal load calculations and energy models.

Size and select equipment such as AHUs, fans, pumps, and boilers.

Layout ductwork and hydronic piping systems in Revit and AutoCAD.

Generate detailed construction drawings, specs, and engineering documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.

Provide construction administration and support throughout the build phase.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).

5+ years of relevant HVAC/Plumbing design experience.

Strong knowledge of load calculations, energy modeling, and mechanical equipment selection.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and mechanical design best practices.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

PE license is a strong plus, or actively pursuing licensure.
