Requirements:

Ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug screen.
Proven experience in construction estimation/project management.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and digital takeoff/estimating software.
Knowledge of commercial finishes: steel studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, hollow metal doors/hardware, casework, and selective demolition.
Key Responsibilities:

Estimation: Perform detailed takeoffs using cloud-based software; prepare accurate bids and proposals.
Project Management: Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
Client Relations: Negotiate contracts, communicate updates, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, field teams, and clients to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Administration: Track labor/materials, manage submittals/change orders, and maintain project documentation.
Ideal Candidate:

Organized multitasker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive communicator (written and verbal).
Familiar with metal framing, drywall, and ceiling systems (experience preferred but not mandatory).
Tech-savvy with estimating software (eg, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar).
