As a Semi-Skilled Laborer, you will manual work in the construction and maintenance of various public works projects. You will assist skilled workers performing general building maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, and grass cutting. You will also load materials and equipment, move furniture, and paint interior and exterior surfaces. This role requires using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment needed to accomplish work. In addition, you will lead small crews of manual workers performing routine tasks, a ssist in demolition and removal of debris from job sites, and d rive a light truck to transport personnel and materials to and from field locations .

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time, non-permanent, limited-term employment not to exceed one year, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Conditions of Employment:
- You must be in possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C drivers license or equivalent.
