Summary:
Coordinates company-wide project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree in related field preferred (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field)
Minimum three five years related experience required
Experience successfully working with cross-functional teams required
F inancial institution experience preferred
Smartsheet admin experience preferred
Lucidchart experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple competing priorities

Job Responsibilities:
Ongoing maintenance of detailed project plans in close collaboration with the PMO team
Collaboration with workstream/key leads to track timing of deliverables and completeness of activities, sending reminders where necessary
Support platform for project tracking, inclusive of resource allocation, ensuring reporting is accurate and up to date when published
Educate and train departmental project leads on how to use project management tool and expectations of them for supporting the project
Ensure Project Manager and project leads have updated project risks and mitigation plans
Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols
Develop, support, and maintain dedicated team sites as well as documentation on Teachers web platform; updating regularly and creating update schedule
Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $27.90 - $33.50 an hour . This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
