Construction Helper - General Labor

Were hiring General Laborers / Construction Helpers for an industrial project in the Reno area.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts plus 1-hour lunch (approx. 60 hrs/week)
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Pay: $17/hour (paid weekly)
Overtime after 40 hours per week at 1.5x pay rate

Responsibilities:
Move and carry materials across the worksite
Hold ductwork in place, pass tools, assist mechanical crews
Walk long distances (typical day involves ~14,000 steps) and stand for extended periods
Follow all safety guidelines and support a fast-paced industrial team

Requirements:
Must be reliable and able to work the full project schedule
Comfortable in an active industrial/construction environment
Background check and 10-panel drug screen required
